Is there an FDA or CMS fee for ISO 80369 conversion itself?
There is no government conversion fee. FDA and CMS do not charge user fees to adopt standard connector geometries. Standard MDUFA user fees apply only if the modification requires a new 510(k) premarket notification. Standards purchases, tooling, laboratory testing, and inventory scrap are internal commercial costs.
